- Health disparities affecting multicultural communities
- The importance of donor registration
- Hope through transplantation and patient advocacy
- Personal stories from transplant recipients and advocates
Whether you are a kidney patient, transplant recipient, caregiver, healthcare professional, or community member, you are invited to attend this free educational event.
